Space Reservation - Change of Service

All non-academic reservations for classrooms, outdoor event space reservations, and campus film and still photography requests will now be supported by Student and Campus Event Centers. Please note that there will be a disruption in services beginning May 2022. During this time, new reservations for classrooms and outdoor spaces, and commercial filming requests will be suspended.

Athletic Facilities

Facility Highlights: Flexible meeting space for 25–100 attendees, located in the Centergy Building in Tech Square. Georgia Tech hosted events only.

Facility Highlights: LEED certified, large seminar room, conference rooms.


  • This room has a fixed setup.
  • EBB Seminar Room is 2,346 square feet.

Exhibition Hall

Facility Highlights: 12,000 square feet ballroom, divisible into five smaller spaces; 11 meeting spaces with full conference and teleconference A/V capabilities, expanded pre-function spaces, the convenience of housing Catering Services in the same building, and more.

Venue update:

  • All spaces will be offline beginning Saturday, May 28, 2022.
  • Full use of the Midtown Ballroom space will open Monday, August 1, 2022.
  • Second floor meeting spaces reopen Monday, Oct. 31, 2022.

John Lewis Student Center and Stamps Commons

Facility highlights: 8 meeting rooms, 165-seat theater with retractable seating, and a 297-seat theater.

Technology Square Research Building

Facility Highlights: Includes a 93-seat traditional auditorium, a banquet hall that can be divided to three conference rooms at 40 seats for each, a pre-function area, a pantry kitchen and built-in AV systems.

Event Logistics Committee

  • Student organization members, as well as department administrators and non-Georgia Tech groups, may be required to meet with the Event Logistics Committee (ELC) depending on the size and scope of their event.
  • The ELC is a campus organization that consists of members from various service departments, including GTPD, Parking & Transportation Services, Facilities, and the Office of Leadership & Civic Engagement.
  • The ELC provides information and advice to help with event coordination and to ensure a well planned and well organized event. All organizations that are planning campus-wide events are encouraged to meet with the ELC.
