The ECN is made up of a group of more than 500 self-selected staff members from 90 different departments who are interested in event planning or expanding their skill sets at Georgia Tech.
The Event Leadership Team is responsible for the group's strategic oversight and direction.

Freedom of Expression Protocols and Procedures

Luoluo Hong, vice president for student engagement & well-being, discussed best practices in event planning while supporting and safeguarding freedom of expression and inquiry. This webinar reviewed Georgia Tech policies, practices, and protocols as they relate to free speech and expressive activity.
Sensory Friendly Event Planning
Join Meg Raby, head of Customer Service and sensory trainer at Kulture City, shared the importance of creating inclusive event environments for individuals with sensory sensitivities. Raby provided valuable insights on how to design and execute accessible events that welcome attendees with sensory processing disorders, autism, and other related conditions.
EMS Tips and Tricks
