Registration is open for Georgia Tech's Annual Event Coordinator’s Network Workshop. This year’s theme, “Springing Into a New Year of Event Management Success,” will focus on equipping event professionals with the tools and insights needed to thrive in the coming year. We are excited to welcome our keynote speaker, Beth Cabrera, to present on, “A Positive Path to Greater Well-Being.”

The ECN is made up of a group of more than 500 self-selected staff members from 90 different departments who are interested in event planning or expanding their skill sets at Georgia Tech.
The Event Leadership Team is responsible for the group's strategic oversight and direction.

Freedom of Expression Protocols and Procedures

The ECN plans to host a session facilitated by Luoluo Hong, vice president for student engagement & well-being, to discuss best practices in event planning while supporting and safeguarding freedom of expression and inquiry.
This webinar will review Georgia Tech policies, practices, and protocols as they relate to free speech and expressive activity. Participants will be encouraged to share their successes and have an opportunity to ask questions.
