Event Coordinators' Network

The Event Coordinators’ Network is the primary gateway through which faculty, staff, and students coordinate events at Georgia Tech.

The ECN is made up of a group of more than 500 self-selected staff members from 90 different departments who are interested in event planning or expanding their skill sets at Georgia Tech.

The Event Leadership Team is responsible for the group's strategic oversight and direction.

Georgia Tech event coordinators have transitioned to executing virtual events since March. A panel of seasoned event planners at Georgia Tech will discuss lessons learned and best practices when hosting a virtual event.
