Timeline:

  • Friday, August 8 – Applications close

  • Tuesday, August 12 – Applications reviewed by the Special Events and Protocol team

  • Wednesday, August 13 – Elections begin

  • Friday, August 22 – Elections end

  • Tuesday, August 26 – Winners will be notified and required to accept their position within 24 hours. If you will be on vacation, contact events@gatech.edu

  • Thursday, August 28 – Leadership announced and committee registration opens

  • Wednesday, September 10 – Chair Training
