Our expert panel of catering managers, chefs, and operations staff will take clients behind the curtain to discuss the event planning process from food ordering to delivering hot meals on time. During the talk, planners will have the opportunity to ask questions about how to improve their communication to caterers and what goes into creating a Banquet Event Order (BEO).
